Federica Belletti is a film producer with experience across narrative and documentary films.
She serves as Creative Executive at Film Manufacturers Inc. a production company with offices in New York and Germany behind films such as THE LAST SPY, DEAD MAN’S WIRE, OH CANADA, JOYLAND, ABSOLUTE WILSON, MAPPLERTHORPE: LOOK AT THE PICTURES.
Previously, she worked at CounterNarrative Films, where she assisted the producers on JC Chandor’s TRIPLE FRONTIER for Netflix. As a Locations Manager, Federica worked with Deborah Kampmeier on TAPE, with Adam Leon on ITALIAN STUDIES, and with Kirsten Johnson on the critically acclaimed documentary DICK JOHNSON IS DEAD.
Federica has produced a dozen award-winning shorts that have played worldwide, including REFUGE, distributed by The New Yorker, NICE TALKING TO YOU, a SXSW premiere, and AYAAN, which premiered at the Sydney Film Festival and was long-listed for an Academy Award® in 2023. In 2024 she produced Lucy Teitler’s KEEP IT OPEN (InsideOut Toronto Film Festival, Mill Valley Film Festival, Bend Film Festival), was a consultant on the short PINK FLAGS, with Ray and Sawyer Spielberg; and she directed the short film ARIA, which won the BAFTA-Yugo Production Grant and stars Pauline Chalamet (Cortinametraggio, Palm Springs Int. Shortfest). In 2025, she Co-produced a feature documentary by Katharina Otto-Bernstein, THE LAST SPY, which will have its US premiere at the Palm Springs International Film Festival.
Additionally, Federica contributes to “Cinema Made In Italy”, an initiative sponsored by Cinecittá, and consults for festivals and filmmaking programs. She is an alumna of the Tribeca Film Institute and BAFTA North America.
A Cum Laude Graduate of IULM University in Milan, Federica also holds an MFA in Creative Producing from the School Of the Arts at Columbia University, where she received the Arthur Krim Memorial Award for Excellence in Producing.
Federica grew up in Monte Urano, a small town on the Adriatic coast of Italy. She lives in Brooklyn with her wife and cat.
